The year before the sale of my house was extremely difficult, complete with a stroke, brain aneurysm surgery, and death of my housemate. Paul and Amber were very understanding and patient with me. They took much of the load off of me, as they helped me in selling my house. I appreciated their guidance as I went through the process. Toward the end, the pandemic hit, and again they were very understanding in accommodating my needs. And above all, they were both very friendly and sweet. About 4 years ago, I looked for months to find a house in Rita Ranch that wasn't under contract. It was like the minute the homes were listed that people swooped in and grabbed them. Paul helped me in my search and when I found one that wasn't under contract, he moved swiftly to make sure I got my chance. The best part of the story was that he was on vacation in Hawaii at the time and waiting to head to the airport for home.
